Welcome to the Year 1 page! In Year 1 we have two classes. Our class teachers are Miss Riddell, Mrs Alder and Mrs Dixon. Our teaching assistants are Mrs Marshall and Mrs Hampton.
Over this year, we will explore the following topics: ‘Toys through time’, ‘Castles’ and ‘Oh I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside’.
In Year 1, our learning is structured across a wide range of different subjects including History, Geography, Science, Art, Design Technology, Music, PE, Food Education, Religious Education, Computing and Character Education. Alongside these subjects we are continuously working on developing our Life Skills.
